Ofna DM-1 Electric conversion for 1/5 brushless systems
This kit is made for all of you who are looking for extreme electric power not just an electric conversion!

-7075 t6 Aluminum motor mount 1/5 size
-Esc tray
-Battery tray
-7075 T6 Aluminum traxxas spur gear adapter
Not including hardware (screws,battery straps or spacers)
Due to the huge size of electrics that these parts are made to mount the kit is compatible with the dm-1 pro 1/7 scale .... but ..... most of the parts are interchangeable with the dm-1 1/8 scale exept the esc tray .
Motor mount is also interchangeable to both of the cars but the 1/8 dm-1 do accepts 1/5 size motors up to 105mm lenght so the 1/8 dm-1 is not compatible with the castle 2028 which is a 113mm lenght motor.
With this kit you can easily convert your DM-1 from nitro to electric .... special designed for castle mamba XL2 and castle 2028 motor or for similar size esc's and motor's.No modifications need for installing the parts ,just screw to the existing holes of the car!
To complete the conversion you need to cut the #40709 aluminum radio tray with a dremel type tool to give room for the motor mount ,available per request a single aluminum steering platte you see on the photos.
8mm Spur gear adapter included in the kit is compatible with traxxas revo spur gears available on the market from 36t Add 2 spacers between spur gear adapter and bearings ,this will allow no movement on the bearings)
As you maybe already know such big motors like castle 2028 can handle enormous gearing for this reason motor mount has the size to put huge pinion gears ,45t are capable or even 50t depending the spur gear size you will use.
